Hello, I am Swati Sahu, graduated with a master\'s in computer science from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. Currently, I am a Data Analyst at Lumen Technologies.I have an 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.Currently working as Data Analyst/ Engineer at Lumen TechnologiesAnalyze and create data and build predictive and prescriptive models in the areas of capacity planning, anomalydetection, predictive asset failure/maintenance, workload optimization and business performance. Automate and develop Power BI Dashboard for the prediction and automation of Agile SDSA Jira. Operated 100% configuration of Azure Firewall Request Process for Task Prioritization Source Code Ingestion into Azure. I worked with Reliance Industries for 3.6 years as a Data Analyst, liaising with internal teams as well as external parties was a daily activity which helped me polish my communication skills. I coordinated with business users for new software requirements and modification/enhancements in the current system and worked on requirement gathering, analysis, development, coordinating with users for testing and implementation in a production environment. Sourcing data from various sources using ETL tool- Informatica or SAP BODS transforming it and then loading it into database servers like SAP HANA, Oracle, Presto. Developed Data marts and reports on Tableau and user-specific reports on tools like SAP BO and SAP BW and involved in migration of database from the SAP HANA 1.0 to 2.0. I have worked with various cross functional & multi cultural teams in various projects as immediate SPOC to achieve the desired results. Worked as a Data Analyst- Graduate Assistant in Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi for 1 year where I am responsible to append certified state reports to SQL database, develop and implement data quality test plans, maintain data integrity as well as data quality of PIR databases and develop and maintain Tableau and BI Dashboards.
