I hold ~ 6 years of experience in semiconductors thin-film growth by physical vapor deposition (PVD), skilled in Materials Engineering and thin film technology (dep, etch and metrology). Strong engineering professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering- TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Fabrication techniques: High-quality epitaxial growth of van der Waals heterostructures on single crystal oxide substrates (2D/2D and 2D/3D heterostructures) by pulsed laser deposition technique. Experienced working in high vacuum systems, fabricating samples in clean room and glovebox. Analysis technique: Raman spectroscopy, Electrical transport (I-V, R-T, and Hall measurement), Magnetoresistance, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, Atomic force microscopy, Photoluminescence, and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy- EXPERTISE IN OPTOELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT: Temperature-dependent phonon study by Raman spectroscopy using different wavelength 473 nm, 532 nm, 633 nm, and 785 nm. Electric and magnetic field dependent measurement: I-V, Resistivity, Magneto-resistance, and Hall measurement with a temperature range from 4-300 K. Fabrication of MoS2 Heterojunction for Spintronics and ohmic contacts for energy application and advanced electronic devices. Thin-film growth and stabilization of polymorphs of MoS2 on SrLaAlO4, c-Al2O3, SrTiO3, LaAlO3 substrate with high electrical conductivity. Study of re-entrant resistivity in MoS2-hBN composite thin-film and charge distribution for piezoelectric nanogenerators. I have also got the opportunity to work upon PLD deposited few layers of N-H dual doped TiO2, PZT, PMN-PT, h-BN, Ti3AlC2, TiN, and g-C3N4 epitaxial thin-films for energy applications- Won best oral presentation awards in two international conferences and participated in several scientific international conferences.
