About Swati Nagpal
I came into brand strategy with a background in architecture and business—so I’ve always been more interested in what holds things up than what makes them look good.That foundation trained me to think across systems, structures, and user needs. It’s helped me bring a slightly different lens to the work—connecting the dots between how people behave, what businesses need, and how brands can show up meaningfully in that space.Over the past few years, I’ve worked across categories—automotive, FMCG, travel, lifestyle and luxury—helping shape brand narratives that are as grounded as they are distinctive. What I enjoy most is getting to the heart of a problem, clarifying the mess, and working with teams to build something that works.I’m drawn to strategy that’s not just sharp on paper, but useful in rooms—something that helps clients decide, creatives unlock, and teams align.
