I have had a privilege to be part of MMAD INDIA PVT LTD as my first employer. My role was to design and implement a webseite to use of everyone. I enjoy at work and had the opportunity. I have to gain more hands-on and functional experience at my role as a product Recruiter at best infosystems. Best infosystems gave me an opportunity to leverage my skills as a hands-on and full life cycle recruiter to manage multiple roles like service, then product. This helped me get deeper insight into different technologies, business handling, client engagement, vendor management, candidate pitching and negotiation.
