At PURE, I oversee the strategic direction and execution of Talent Management, Performance Management and Business Partnerships. I previously lead our Talent Acquisition team for 7 years. I partner and support our senior leaders with overall talent management, employee relations, engagement, diversity and performance. I also lead and faciliate the development of our Management Training program rooted in neuroscience and compassion.
