Duties Responsibilities:•Manage & Deliver end-to-end implementation of the HONO client-starting from understanding client HR Processes conducting.•User Acceptance Testing and taking the client to live as per the defined timelines.•Understanding the client\'s business processes and mapping them to HONO software.•Validating any requirements received from the client as a business process & raising the same to the Product team.•Conducting Key User Training to the client as SPOCs & helping the client with the training material for End User Training.Client Management:•Provide in-depth product guidance to the clients & their team members throughout the implementation process.•Provide functional expertise training on new modifications with solutions as the product evolves and updates over time.•Create, manage and update project plans to track client deliverables and implementation progress.Project Delivery:•Understand, document and maintain business requirements for new client implementation.•Accountable for the quality of configuration produced•Create a project plan for each client implementation, detailing the tasks that need to be completed to ensure the timely completion of the implementation.•Communicate with clients throughout the onboarding process to obtain feedback and approval on any changes/customization•Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success Manager once the client is onboardedProduct Trainer:•Train the client on product functionalities•Internal Team & Client product upgradation /modification trainings•Post-training provides training assessments.Skills: Project Delivery.
