I’m an Engineering Manager with a passion for building high-performing teams, delivering scalable platforms, and driving real business impact through smart, sustainable technology. With over 13 years in software engineering—and the last several leading cross-functional teams—I’ve helped shape systems and cultures that scale.At the intersection of product thinking and technical execution, I lead platform transformations (including monolith to microservices), champion modern engineering practices like TDD and Domain-Driven Design, and work closely with senior leadership to align architecture with evolving business goals.Recently, my work has included integrating GenAI into platform features, and exploring RAG pipelines to deliver context-aware, intelligent solutions to users at scale.
