Arts Quotient works with both business and social sector organizations to build confident and compelling leaders. We harness arts practices to strengthen communication, visioning and presence in the leadership of the companies/ NGOs that we work with. Combining practices from the performing arts (theatre, movement and music), insights from organizational psychology, and practical experience from leading Indian and global companies, our programmes ensure deep impact and sustained behaviorial results. Our modules include specific programmes targeted at Leaders in Transition (to new roles, new geographies, new businesses), Women Leaders (e.g, 35-45 year olds who are expanding their responsibilities) and also Social Sector leaders (e.g, a recent programme with care-givers at a major children’s cancer hospital).
