I have a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Drexel University, and I am proficient in qualitative methods such as ethnography, participant observation, contextual inquiry, interview, and video review, as well as discourse, interaction, and thematic analyses.As a researcher, I value empathy for users, problem-solving, and clear communication of actionable insights to the product teams. I enjoy working with collaborative teams, learning new things, and sharing my work with the stakeholders. My passion is to conduct multidisciplinary research, where I can translate the insights from my research into implications for the design and implementation of technology interventions. Outside of work, I pursue my hobbies of hiking, photography, and singing Indian classical music.
