   Handling End to End AR Process for countries including India, Jordan, Sri Lanka, Kuwait and Sharjah. Responsibilities given below.•Invoice processing: Validating and processing invoices in SAP to send to customers.•Statement Preparation: Post payment clearing, sent Statement of Account to the customer to validation.•Collection Management: Ensuring past dues on the accounts are been followed up cash is collected before the due date and maintaining minimum past due in the AR Ledger.•Dispute Management: Validated invoices and resolved disputes raised due to various reasons like billing, delay in shipment, tax, incorrect charges and customer satisfaction issue.•Processing Credit Notes: Recording accounts with particular amount returned to the customer for a paid (or partially paid) invoices or cancelation of invoices.•Posting Payment: Generates the accounting entries to cash accounts to record payments and updates the expense transaction status from staged (STG) to paid (PD) status.•Passing Journals: Using the accounting entries to generate journals for the general ledger.•Payment clearing: Clearing payment against the invoices booked as per the remittance sent by customer.•Cash Reconciliation: verifying the amount of cash in a cash register as of the close of business.•Credit Card reconciliation: Comparisons of transactions between credit card statements (external Source) associated with various accounts in the chart of accounts (ERP) which can be 2 way or 3 way matching, which is a necessary step to ensure that credit card statements and balances are correct and accurate.•Clearing: Debit or credit main account and offsetting to Cash/Bank Clearing account to match balance in the main account with Bank Statements.•Trend Analysis: Monitoring and capturing trend analysis for the variance booked and to have a control for the same.•Process improvement: Implemented various ideas to create macros to simplify the process with effective results and time reduction.
