As a Lead for Atlassian Practice at DTCC, I am responsible for leading migration, implementation and development projects on Atlassian toolset, including Jira Software, Service Management, Confluence, Asset Management, Bitbucket, etc, for various clients across different domains and geographies. I\'m also involved in ideating, brainstorming, project planning, resource management, and product development for building and deploying use cases that tackles customer requirements on Atlassian tools. I have extensive experience in data migration using migration tools such as JCMA, CCMA, BCMA as well as configuration and implementation of solutions on Atlassian platforms.I am also skilled in Jira automation add-ons such as Scriptrunner, JSU, JMWE, and Automation Rules, and in building Jira cloud plugins for Atlassian Marketplace using Forge, NodeJS, Groovy, HTML, CSS, and JS. I have successfully delivered projects for major clients like DTCC, FCB, Suraksha Diagnostics and Theory Tech, achieving predefined goals, identifying risks, forming contingency plans, performing troubleshooting, and delivering presentations and updates to the stakeholders.
