About Swathi Muthinti
With over 17+ years of experience in semiconductor design, I specialize in deep submicron technologies, including FinFET and CMOS nodes from 2nm to 180nm. My expertise spans Physical Verification, Full custom analog–mixed signal (AMS) layout, pitch-based memory design, and full-custom and semi-custom IC design. I am proficient in industry-standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, Genesys, Hercules, and Mentor/Siemens Calibre, with strong experience in Layout-Dependent Effects (LDE) optimization, PDK usage, and physical verification (DRC/LVS/PEX) through tape-out.Familiar with IC Validator (ICV) and routinely use scripting languages—including SKILL, Tcl/Tk to automate flows, improve productivity, and optimize verification processes. I am also familiar with using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Synopsys–Microsoft Copilot and other internal AI tools of Synopsys in my day-to-day work to accelerate problem-solving, documentation, idea exploration, and design productivity.I collaborate with cross-functional like CAD and software teams and, cross-cultural teams globally to deliver high-quality results, with a focus on innovation and precision. I am committed to deliver the high quality work, adapt to new challenges and approach problems with creative, out-of-the-box thinking. I have been a practitioner of Heartfulness meditation (Sri Ram Chandra Mission) since July 2006 and a trainer from Feb 2020. You can always reach out for a group/one on one meditation sessions. This meditation with an element of Transmission helps us to maintain balance state of mind. This is a non-profit organisation and always offer the services free of cost all over the world.
