   The SoundTransit project seeks to improve the transit experience in the Puget Sound region by redesigning Link Light Rail signs and addressing challenges in pedestrian safety at railroad crossings. The project uses high-standard research methods like eye-tracking, including an innovation lab, to observe and interact with users in the field.
