Job Responsibilities- • Spearheading the Retail Branch Operations, Service Delivery, Audit and Compliance of 400 Rural branches present in India. • Assume responsibility for the Bank’s entire service delivery for all bank customers and as part of the senior management team contribute to the achievement of annual business plans and strategic objectives. • Improve service delivery channels to meet the needs of Bank customers and ensure the Bank remains competitive. • Execute service projects as and when identified • Drive First time Right metric among frontline teams through training and refresher sessions • Provide leadership guidance, training and coaching to staff and leadership team. • Supports the maximization of customer satisfaction & retention and identifies cross sell opportunities by maintaining ‘ Top of the Class’ service standards in all the customer interactions • Supports the identification & implementation of action plans related to Cost Optimization in different regions • Ensure a defined engagement model by Conducting monthly meets / calls with zonal/regional stakeholders, relevant support functions, to discuss performance.
