Passionate about rural livelihoods, SHG empowerment, and sustainable enterprise development, I work at RGAVP (Rajeevika) to strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Producer Groups (PGs), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) while promoting diverse livelihood activities in farm and non-farm sectors. With a Master’s in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship from TISS, my experience spans market integration, rural enterprise models, and value chain development, gained through internships at Magan Sangrahalaya Samiti & M.P. Birla Group. My vision is to build a social enterprise that generates employment opportunities for marginalized communities.
