Worked as Head Indirect Taxation in MRF Ltd, Punjlloyd Ltd, Abhijeet Group, Essar Projects etc. Handled compliance and legal issues under GST. Service Tax, Central Excise, Customs, DGFT, VAT, CST, Entry Tax etc both in manufacturing and infrastructure/EPC companies. At present I am self employed and have taken Delhi Bar Council Membership. Presently handling tax related litigations pending before any forum including High Courts and Supreme Court. Also handling DGGI/ DRI/ ED investigations on behalf of different clients
