Overseeing a global team executing on the company\'s strategies in diverse clinical markets: oncology, hereditary disease diagnostics, population screening, newborn screening, reproductive genetics, infectious disease, and global health. Guiding product development and clinical adoption to address unmet needs and improve patient outcomes by collaborating with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders. Conducting medical research to demonstrate clinical validity and utility of Illumina’s technologies, improve clinical practice guidelines, and support test reimbursement. Supporting commercial teams, biopharma partnerships, market access, and regulatory efforts. Conducting clinical studies for evidence generation for global regulatory submissions and regularly providing medical education for various stakeholders. Serving as key internal linkage between R&D and Commercial and advising on compliance and scientific requirements.
