About Swarnim Tomar Assoc
Identifying myself as a first-generation immigrant in United Kingdom has largely shaped my unique aspirations and perspectives. Turned 18, packed my bags, and moved to a different CONTINENT all alone to pursue my dreams when most of my peers were still celebrating graduating high-school with their families and friends. Being a woman from a BAME background, I have come across a few life challenges of my own, a new continent, a new country and a new life was not the easiest route. However, all these years have chiseled and shaped me. I take great pride in persistence, diligence and empathy. My education and work experience have both been in sectors working with the people and for the people. Studying Psychology was the first step towards comprehending human behavior. Working with young minds (16-18 yrs) has provided me valuable insights as to why working with people and helping them to discover their best potentials in their work environment is so important! Hence the recent move onto HR and Recruitment Specialization! Onto bigger and better things!
