Led the team for automation of the Account Activity Review (AAR) process by integrating it into the Sherlock QC tool, significantly reducing the backlog in ENPR and AAR processes and improving turnaround time and accuracy. Applied project management methodologies to oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation initiatives, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, testing, and deployment.
