Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, create project objectives, goals, deliverables and manage project constraints • Planning and scheduling projects to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.• Review Instructional Design documents and ensure they are thorough for development in all aspects. • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly KPI/ MIS reports to executive management/ Customer. • Prepare internal project schedules, delivery matrix, sourcing plan and milestones per customer requirements. • Provide project management and assistance to the instructional design, visual design and multimedia development teams. • Accountable to lead the project from initiation till closure. • Being owner and one‐point contact for the customer, responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly and per plan.• Continuously track the latest developments and technologies, which can be used to deliver excellent e-learning solutions and guide the teams to learn them and deliver results. • Responsible for project budgeting cost control, OTD (On Time Delivery) and Quality Management Plan. • Review of project margins, budget allocations, cost forecast, evaluation of risk and mitigation plans.
