I’m a third-year B.Sc. Clinical Psychology student at Amity University Maharashtra, with a strong passion for Neuropsychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I’m particularly interested in how cognitive and neural processes influence workplace behavior, decision-making, and employee well-being.I founded and lead Athanga, a youth-led community focused on creating socially impactful initiatives. My experiences in event management, content creation, and human resources have helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.My goal is to bridge neuroscience with practical workplace applications, using psychological insights to enhance both productivity and mental health in industrial settings.
