Responsibilities :a) Drive the technical direction for the roadmap to IT-OT Global Digital Transformation, Harmonization, Rationalization, SmartFactory, Industry 4.0 & IIoT solution for LifeScience / Pharma / BioPharma / MedTech domain, including detailed blueprint, future target architecture, future target application platform and high-level design through client interviews, workshops and documentation analysis.b) Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise IT-OT solution designs.c) Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, helping them modernize their manufacturing operations through MES/IIoT/OT solutions.d) Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure strategic alignment.e) Engage with key decision-makers, lead proposal development efforts, and contribute to business growth initiatives.f) Ensure that solutions align with the overall IT-OT architecture of the organization, meet performance, scalability, reliability and security requirements.g) Generate technical requirements and communicate a matching solution architecture across different audiences including technical, managerial, executives and/or vendors.h) Collaborate with other architects on the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns that ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise\'s future-state architecture vision.i) Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, developing thought leadership content, participating in industry events, and sharing knowledge within the team.Environment : Initiative Roadmap, Business Capability Map, Enterprise Principles, North Star, SAP LeanX, MES, IT-OT, Historian, SCADA, PLC, LIMS, ERP-SAP etc
