I am an Engineering Manager at Ericsson. I carry with me, over 16 years of experience in building native mobile apps for various domains and industries. I have a CSPO® certification from Scrum Alliance and a strong background in Agile development and remote team management. At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, I lead the mobile app team on Ericsson Netcloud Manager and help drive strategy, vision, and roadmap, working closely with product managers, and dev teams solving installation, troubleshooting and monitoring usecases for customers. I also mentor and develop the talent on my team. I also play a scrum master role and facilitate sprint ceremonies and unblock impediments.
