Responsible for driving significant advancements in Data and AI products innovation through advanced data engineering, analytics and AI, and the strategic transformation of the enterprise data platform. This dual focus involves data strategy and AI initiatives within Data and AI Product Creation, while simultaneously playing a role in the strategy and implementation of JLR\'s next-generation enterprise data platform.Leading end-to-end design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Data Engineering and AI solutions leveraging cloud platforms like GCP and Snowflake. Driving initiatives from initial concept and proof-of-concept through to scalable, secure, and architecturally approved production deployments, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Championed the development and implementation of impactful applications, including GenAI-powered conversational agents (utilizing RAG and knowledge bases), a natural language query processesing for accessing critical data via Gemini and Vertex AI, and a comprehensive Customer 360/Issue view to enhance operational insights and service delivery to help identify process gaps. Established and managed robust processes for seamless business-as-usual transition and ongoing hyper-care support for these solutions.Collaborating closely with domains in defining the enterprise data platform teams, architecture teams to identify technology and process gaps. Evaluation and selection of core platform technologies (including Snowflake, GCP, Dataform, dbt, Informatica, Knowledge Graphs (RDF and Proparty Graphs)) through rigorous PoC processes, and designed/oversaw the implementation of critical end-to-end data solutions. Established a robust operational framework for the Data Engineering function, aligned with the overall data governance model, and led initiatives to identify and address gaps in end-to-end lineage.
