About Swapnil Shree
Presently employed at Larsen & Toubro Constructions as Assistant Manager (Construction and Planning), working under State govt. project (Awadh Vihar Yojna, Gomti Enclave of 480 crores ) of Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board. The project consists in building of 1984 flats (16 towers) along with landscaping, parking and club house. My responsibilities here being conducting management review meetings, invoicing, client meetings, presentations, overviews, project planning and management, making of Job cost reports, performance reports, material reconciliations, evaluation of client bills etc. In addition to this, I am also responsible for proper formwork system implementation as per drawing, value engineering at site to save cost, formwork planning, generation of BOQ from scheme drawings, keeping track of all EMRs raised related to formwork items and timely receipt of material, making bill for the formwork related items, developing new staff, mobilization and demobilization of site. Previously I was posted at Lucknow Cluster office as Formwork Planning and Coordinator for arranging materials, time to time scaffold inspection, proper implementation of formwork systems, checking the work orders to keep a track on the quantities and billed amount, issuing shell plans and scheme drawings, providing assistance to site in-charges regarding data collection and formwork issues, if any. Also successfully completed State govt. project (SARGAM of 300 crores) of Lucknow Development Authority, Himalaya Enclave of 250 crores and Goverdhan Enclave state govt project of UPAVP of 400 crores. I have also worked as Formwork Planning Manager at Delhi International Airport. I have pursued 4 years B.Tech course in Civil Engineering from IET, Lucknow, UPTU. During the course I have also undergone trainings at Research Designs and Standards Organization, Lucknow and Hydroair Tectonics (PCD) Ltd, Lucknow. Software Skills – AUTOCAD, STAADPRO, MS Office, MSP, Primavera.
