ABOUT SWAPNIL PUKALE

With a Bachelor of Pharmacy from VIVA Institute of Pharmacy, I\'ve progressed to the role of Drug Safety Executive at Ipca Laboratories, where my core competencies in Pharmacovigilance and Argus Safety drive excellence in safety data exchange agreements (SDEA) management. My responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and training on SDEA, as well as conducting meticulous reconciliations with stakeholders regarding individual case safety report (ICSR) exchanges. My team and I ensure the swift and accurate handling of the SDEA mailbox and the maintenance of product and license sheets, which are essential for accessing marketing authorization approvals. Our collaborative efforts support the organization during audits and inspections, underpinning our commitment to uphold stringent safety standards. We bring a diverse perspective to the field, aiming to continuously enhance patient safety and contribute to the organization\'s culture of meticulousness and accountability.
