Dealing with Architect, Consultants, Project Management Consultants, Builders, and Contractors for getting the details of new projects. Combine entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit. Identifying market opportunities, developed business cases, and offered solutions to improve the quality of PEB system. Attend commercial meetings with end clients along with architects, consultants and finalized the orders. Cultivate excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers. Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target for both material sales and projects sales and growth as per the guidelines of the company. Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility by targeting direct customers, Architects, Consultants and Major Contractors in the construction industry. Developing new territories for the company by doing leg work in new area and collaborating with worthy channel partners, Dealers, Installation team as extended business arm. Networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort Leading and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations. Hold the credit of representing the organization at different venues.
