My role spans strategic advisory, commercial contracting, data and privacy governance, and high stakes dispute management.Lead legal strategy for emerging business models, including rental, subscription and new digital initiatives.Manage a diverse contract portfolio commercial, operational, IP, technology, and real estate ensuring clear risk allocation and business aligned execution.Oversee legal aspects of IPO preparedness, cross-functional documentation, public communication vetting, and response management for SEBI notices.Drive LG’s data privacy readiness: enterprise wide data mapping, DPDP compliance planning, and privacy risk assessment.Manage IP protection efforts, including trademark clearance and brand portfolio expansion.Advise business teams on advertising, marketing claims, and regulatory positioning under ASCI, CCPA and related frameworks.Handle sensitive customer escalations, pre-litigation strategy and major dispute management in coordination with HQ and external counsel.Provide guidance on FEMA/FDI-aligned retail and distribution structures to support ongoing business expansion.
