RESPONSIBILITIES –1 Processing Credit cards Service Requests such as Card Closure, Replacement, Rewards Point’s redemption, Excess Credit Refund, bill payments of various types.2 Updating Mobile, Address, Title Change & email (A/c maintenance) etc.3 Annual fee, Over limit fee, interest charges reversal requests processing on basis of i-memo approval’s.4 Processing of Chargeback Fraud disputes, Chargeback MIS updation.5 Daily/ Monthly Near Miss MIS updation & Reporting (Ops Loss, Fraud Loss, Customer Gesture).6 Co- cordinating with Canada Operation, Product & Call Centre for processing of Customers Service Requests.7 Lien removal, Lien marking on customers account.8 Customer Physical, E-mail Account Statement generation from DOXIM & providing tracking numbers of PIN & Card delivery of expedited requests to Call Centre.9 CAD Nostro Knock off confirmation.10 Monitoring CPMS Card dispatch MIS reconciliation.11 Funds transfer from card to card, card to loan and vice-versa.12 Checking of pending lien, transactions, CIF at day end and ensuring all are cleared.13 Checking of customer address updated through iMobile, instabanking.14 Delinquency Recovery Activity.15 Online Failed Transaction processing16 Running Robotics of Bill Payment, CPMS. 17 Collection of samples for SOAX audit and attestation.18 Daily Volume tracker and Monthly Volume tracker. 19 Assigning activities to team members as per Volume.Responsibilities –Germany Operations1 Overnight Deposit- Deposit Booking and Maturity.2 nward and outward clearing.3 Marking mail to compliance for potential match cases.
