I am a Sales Officer at Cargill, a global leader in food and agriculture solutions, and a PGDM ABM student at Pune Business School, one of the premier institutes for agribusiness management in India. I have a bachelor\'s degree in Rural Agriculture from the College of Agriculture, Naigaon. My core competencies include customer relationship management, sales and marketing, and online advertising, with a focus on the agrochemical sector.In my current role at Cargill, I am responsible for promoting and selling a range of agricultural products and services to farmers and retailers, as well as identifying new market opportunities and developing long-term relationships with customers. I have also completed two internships as a management trainee at Syngenta and Dhanuka Agritech, where I gained valuable experience in managing teams, conducting field demonstrations, organizing farmer meetings, leading product campaigns, and resolving farmer issues. I am passionate about improving the productivity and profitability of the agricultural sector, and I aspire to become a leader in the agrochemical industry. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
