Key Responsibilities –-Responsible for handling end to end operations for First mile and Middle mile for Pune and Nagpur city with daily BAU average volume of 3.60 L shipments & 6.10 L shipments in peak (sale period)-Responsible for planning upcoming sale events with facility expansion decisions with required Capax and Opex for the facilities in coordination with leadership and required stakeholders-Ensuring all metrics within target guardrails like Reliability, Safety, Cost, Losses, Speed & People-Handled 6 major peak till now with 2-3x volumes compared to BAU volumes with facility size of 3.5 L sq feet-Responsible for maintaining all compliance in place as per company policy-Planned and started 2 FC’s within 2 years of span.Achievements –-Awarded as PAN India Rank 1 GM for both facilities for keeping all metrics below target-Implemented 89% sort at source at DH level for south locations from Pune for marketplace shipments.
