About Swapnil Bamne
As a Technical Writer, I got opportunities to work on several projects in my career path. I have delivered concise information and reliable structured documents for technical users as well as end-user documentation. I have 9 years\' experience in Software Documentation. My experience of working on various projects help me to gain domain knowledge. It helps me to create online documentation for both procedural and reference for software and hardware products as well. I perform all objective roles in DDLC as requirement analysis, product learning, SME interviews, template creation, content drafting, capturing screenshots, reviewing team drafts and publishing the documents. I have worked on several types of technical help files. These include end-user documents and context-sensitive help files (.CHM), Help Center, Quick Start Guide, User Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Maintenance Manual, ISPL, API documents, SSO documents, Technical guidelines documents, FAQ, SRS, DPR and proposal documents. I have worked on different projects simultaneously as coordinating with distributed teams offshore/onsite, SME’s and Stakeholders to deliver the precise content and achieve the milestone in a given consistent timeline. As experience built-in, I have created technical documents using the Agile methodology, Scrum Framework, and DDLC methodology. I write, edit and review my content to ensure the optimal information provided from my end. I always aim to provide clear and concise content by using MSTP, Chicago Manual of Style, grammar terminology and also other technical guidelines. I have successfully delivered technical documents based on various domains such as Networking Management, Data Backup Storage, Defense projects and Electronic discovery (EDRM) currently. I have also worked on proposal documents and Detail Project Reports (DPR) too.
