As a SPM (service program manager) has the responsibility to provide and deliver the services as per the agreements. Coordinate with multiple teams like Order management, procurement, sales, Accounts services, Accounts receivables, Account payables, Billing dept, Legal, Contracts etc. From the IT perspective entire service management process from Event/Alert management, Incident, Problem, Change management. Coordinating with all the above teams for seamless delivery of agreed services as per SOW. Act as a single point of contact for all the three projects and spearheading all other challenges being faced while delivering the delight to the customer. Assist in recruitment and training of new incumbents on requirement basis. Develop the governance and reporting structure for the Telecom based projects which includes order management, procurement, Installation, and handover.
