Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to identify suitable candidates for various roles. •Coordinate with hiring managers to discuss hiring decisions and future staffing requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. •Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates to finalize compensation packages that meet both candidate expectations and company guidelines. •Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting induction sessions, providing joining kits, and introducing them to management, managers, and peers. •Assist new joiners in opening salary accounts by providing necessary bank forms and coordinating with office assistants to ensure a smooth process. •Prepare salary structures and appointment letters for new employees, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies. •Collaborate with PF and ESIC consultants to facilitate benefits and facilities for new joiners, ensuring all entitlements are communicated and processed. •Grant access to the HRMS portal (Keka) for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools to manage their employment information. •Maintain accurate records of new joiners in both the HRMS database and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and easy access. •Assist in payroll processes for 200 employees, helping manage leave and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll calculations. •Utilize strong knowledge and experience in payroll calculation to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
