The Corporate Financing Solutions Group (CFSG) at JM Financial is a dedicated Group providing the entire gamut of financing advisory, balance sheet and debt capital market solutions to our clients. As an integrated Private Credit platform, we offer capital market financing, investment grade / fixed income placements, bespoke / structured lending and high grade and high yield credit distribution / syndication of all financing products. Our ability to underwrite large transactions in quick turnaround timelines and offer flexible repayment options has significantly differentiated our franchise from other AUM focused balance sheet lenders. We are able to meet the strategic objectives of Promoters and companies by structuring transactions in a bespoke manner for short to medium tenor. We have very strong relationships with market participants across banks, NBFCs, credit funds, AIFs and family offices who have successfully partnered with us on transactions and continue to leverage these relationships to be able to provide a comprehensive underwritten financing solution to our clients to meet various capital requirements eg working capital, subordinated mezz financing or promoter level / HoldCo level financing.
