Proudly Midwest born and raised and now happily located in Seattle, WA. Throughout my career I\'ve utilized my extreme adaptability, continuous learner mindset, lead with empathy first mentality, customer service focus and problem solving drive to deliver results for a variety of companies and customers in various industries. Starting at Target Corporation, I discovered my passion for recruitment and HR services. To grow my recruitment and consultant experience, I entered into agency staffing to support high volume staffing for supply chain, customer service, administrative, manufacturing and legal professionals. In 2016, I began my 6+ year journey with Amazon. Entering Amazon Web Services (AWS) during an period of hyper growth to support their Utility Computing organization. I went on to build strong relationships with industry tech leaders, advocate for D,E&I at all steps of the hiring process, continuously exceed goals and as a result gained various promotions to achieve my goal of becoming a Recruitment Leader. As my interest and exposure to HR impact grew, I attended night classes at the University of Washington to gain my certificate in Human Resources Management. My last opportunity at Amazon was within the Global Mergers & Acquisitions team, where I served as the company wide SME on global TA integrations for mergers, acquisition and license hire deals.In 2022, I explored my career path outside of Amazon for the opportunity to lead alongside a former Amazonian mentor, where I increased my scope to serve as AppLovin’s Global Director of Talent and Talent Operations. Although my time was cut short, due to a reduction in workforce, I achieved high impact results to better the companies bottom line and future talent processes.Currently, I am a Talent Leader at Boeing. I was brought on to lead change during a pivotal moment in the company’s history. Currently tasked to redefine Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) hourly hiring process and strategy.I entered all of these experiences able to learn a completely new industry, ramp quickly, earn trust of my colleagues and customers alike (see recommendations), add value and consistently receive recognition as a top performer.As of July 2024, I received my SHRM-CP.
