About Swanandi Jadhav

I’m Swanandi Jadhav, a second-year Psychology student at Somaiya Vidyavihar University working at the intersection of behaviour, learning systems, and people development.My academic interests focus on how cognition, emotion, and social context shape the way people learn, make decisions, and interact within structured environments. I’m particularly interested in how psychological insight can be applied to education, talent development, and human-centred organisational systems.Alongside my academic work, I engage in roles that combine communication, people interaction, and system thinking.As a Teaching Fellow, I support lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and experiential learning activities for middle-school students. My work also involves contributing to Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum development, helping design learning experiences that support emotional awareness, communication, and student wellbeing.I also serve as a University Ambassador at Somaiya Vidyavihar University, where I act as a point of contact for prospective students and families. In this role, I engage in one-on-one communication, answering questions about academic programs and student life while representing the university’s culture and learning environment.In parallel, I am gaining experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, supporting candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment workflows within an international team. This experience is strengthening my interest in people processes, hiring decisions, and the behavioural dynamics behind team building.As a Community Ambassador at riidl (Somaiya’s innovation and incubation centre), I also contribute to student engagement initiatives and community-building efforts within the university’s innovation ecosystem.Across these roles, my work is anchored in:• Behavioural and learning sciences• Social-emotional learning and education systems• Talent and people development• Community engagement and communicationI value clarity, responsibility, and grounded empathy, and I’m exploring long-term pathways that integrate psychology, education, and human-centred organisational strategy.
