Lead a team of software engineers which owns the personalisation of a customer’s transactional journey in Walmart’s e-commerce platform by helping customers complete their shopping experience without much friction based on their current basket, intent and journey. Manage the interplay between relevancy, marketplace initiatives to expose 3P sellers and 3P items and adver-tisement initiatives to increase revenue. · Delivered key engineering features and innovations in alignment with organizational goals and launched several experiments generating $800M in annualized Gross Merchandize Value (GMV) per year.· Led the migration of Walmart’s uniquely different experiences for Groceries and General merchandize to a unified omni-channel experience in personalization group and resolved inconsistencies around inventory from Fulfillment Center and nearby stores.· Work closely with Product leadership to define strategy and plan multi-year vision of the roadmap features for personalization group. Prioritize features with Product every quarter followed by driving meetings with external teams to understand the dependencies and the scope of the feature.
