Having had 23 years of experience in Design & Business Development, my career has been quite a journey. Having started totally as a Design Engineering person in Flender Gears (which is currently part of Siemens), it was refreshing to be part of Vernalis Engineering as Design Head as well as Business Development for the German market. Now after successful merger of Vernalis Engineering with APA Engineering, it is exciting and challenging to be part of another team to grow further and to learn new service lines like Sourcing, Compliance and IT. All these services give ample scope to my new role and to offer multiple options to numerous industries.# Enjoying Lifelong learning
