Currently serving as Manager – Corporate Resource Centre, I lead placement initiatives, corporate relations, and campus recruitment strategies to bridge the gap between emerging talent and industry requirements.With professional experience in career outreach, campus placements, and corporate engagement, I work closely with organizations, HR leaders, and industry partners to create opportunities such as campus hiring drives, internships, industry collaborations, and skill development initiatives. My focus is on strengthening employer relationships while ensuring students are equipped with the right skills and guidance to succeed in their professional journeys.Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience in placement operations, corporate communications, recruitment drive management, student career guidance, and employer engagement. From coordinating large-scale campus recruitment events to developing strategic partnerships with organizations, my work revolves around building a strong talent pipeline that benefits both students and employers.As a placement professional, I believe that effective collaboration between academia and industry is the key to shaping future-ready professionals.
