Influence the product road map for the API Marketplace working with product owners. Developing technology strategy and roadmap to build best-in-class, modern API Management Platform based on microservices, cloud-based architectures. • Designed and managed the development team for implementation of API developer web portal on AWS to provide light weight registration & credentialing process to access the API products. Evaluated existing capabilities of modern platforms of the competitors and internal services to come-up with best-in-class products in line with the product requirements. • Designed the system architecture and implemented the microservices application using java containers in hybrid cloud environment with multiple interfaces including S3, Cassandra, MQ, Kafka, load balancers, API gateway etc. • Built the automated CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins tool integrating with bitbucket and in-house tools for deployment of spring-boot microservices applications, • Implemented tax reconciliation online portal in AWS Cloud using EC2, ASG, EBS, S3 and setup monitoring using CloudWatch. Also utilized the CodeDeploy and CloudFormation templates to manage the deployment and environment creation. • Led the effort along with vendor to migrate a complex cost basis calculator application to AWS cloud which reduced the processing time by 100% and saved the infrastructure cost by $250k per annum. • Implemented batch and real time services to use the margin calculator engine in a synchronous fashion using Apache Camel framework and REST API respectively using the JMS with AVRO serializer to reduce the payload.
