As part of the Work-based Learning team I am responsible for overseeing and delivering a number of widening access, participation and recruitment initiatives across the Trust. They include:Work experience - across all Newcastle Hospitals sites and services In-house and external apprenticeship management, including pastoral care and levy funding monitoringCareers and school events, raising aspirations and inspiring career choicesI am hugely passionate about supporting and developing learners in the workplace and driving fair access to employment opportunities within the NHS.
