A bit about me->I started my journey with no experience in digital marketing — driven by curiosity and a passion for building systems that work.I began with Funnels and Facebook Ads, helping clients with offer creation, landing pages, and ad campaigns to book meetings. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in Cold Emailing, learning from industry leaders, and honing my outreach skills.I joined Coldagency as an SDR, booking 11 meetings in my first week. My role included-Managing the CRM-Running Cold Email campaigns-Reply handling and prospect nurturing-Booking meetingsI also created appointment-setting SOPs and reply-handling scripts, and later got promoted to Senior SDR, training new SDRs and client teams.At Instantly.ai, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer — troubleshooting campaign issues, improving users\' email copy for higher reply rates, and advising on best practices for cold email outreach.Currently, I serve as an AI Support Automation Expert, focused on optimizing our AI chatbot (Fin AI) through training data management, workflow redesign, and performance analysis. I’ve helped increase Fin AI’s resolution rate from 43% to 67%, reducing human escalations and improving customer experience scores.Alongside this, I’ve built lead generation workflows using Clay.com, integrating with outreach tools like Instantly.ai and Smartlead.ai for hyper-targeted campaigns. My skill set extends to list building, web data extraction (Apollo, Apify), APIs, webhooks, and automation tools like Zapier, N8n, and Make.com.Always exploring ways to blend data, automation, and outreach.
