Over the past two years, I’ve delivered several high-impact features end-to-end, with full ownership of design, implementation, and client communication. Lead Engagement Rule Engine: Built a rule engine to calculate lead engagement scores based on user activity, including both backend logic and frontend UI. Internal Chat Collaboration: Developed an internal chat feature allowing users to tag teammates in client conversations for internal collaboration. Advanced Conversation Filtering: Designed and implemented an advanced recursive filtering system supporting complex AND/OR logic, including full BE/FE support. Live Chat Bot Ownership: Own and maintain the Live Chat bot integrated into our CRM, ensuring real-time user interaction. Custom Conversation Providers: Built and support the Custom Conversation Provider system, allowing users to integrate dynamic providers (SMS, Email, Call) into our platform while using our CRM for workflow.
