An experienced engineering leader with a strong background in leadership, backend technology, and entrepreneurship. My passion lies in building productive teams and driving companies to new heights. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned startups in India such as Flipkart, Swiggy, and Clear (Y Combinator), as well as founding a couple of startups, including an ed-tech venture that was ahead of its time. I have also gained valuable experience working at Yahoo and Oracle (OCI).Currently, I serve as the Head of Technology for IIT/NEET preparation at Byju\'s, leading a team of over 50 engineers. Together, we are dedicated to building the next generation ed-tech platform for students in grades K8-K12. This comprehensive platform encompasses live classes, test materials, live tests, mentor-student connectivity, Anthe, and more.My expertise spans various areas, including design and architecture, team management, distributed systems, and problem-solving. I am particularly passionate about the ed-tech and fin-tech sectors, leveraging my knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact.
