Currently, I am an HR Manager at Presolv360, which is an online dispute resolution (\'ODR\') platform that is simplifying and digitizing dispute resolution by facilitating and conducting online mediation and arbitration on its platform.In this role, I lead the HR function by:1. Collaborating with the Founders and Business Heads in aligning the people strategy with the organizational goals and objectives. Enhancing employee engagement and performance, and facilitating effective communication and feedback.
