Stephen is a global sourcing leader with 30 years of international experience as a consultant to blue-chip clients such as Zurich Insurance, QBE Insurance, LähiTapiola, Ahold, Lloyds Banking Group, and the Co-Operative group of companies. Stephen brings supplier-side experience from a 12 year career with Accenture, insights to offshoring from his time at HCL, along with a multi-billion dollar value IT sourcing track-record from his time at ISG and as chair of the Independent Advisory Network (IAN). These credentials are what enables Stephen to advise clients how to navigate today’s complex, congested and competitive marketplace for IT, most often in the context of business transformation and cost savings programmes. Stephen is also Founder and Chairman of the Independent Advisory Network (IAN)- a body of highly experienced independent consultants with a wide range of specialist skills in all aspects of sourcing.
