Reporting to Piemonte – Lombardia General Counsellor and Head of Italy’s Legal Department, provide comprehensive legal counsel and advices on an array of complex areas of law related to both civil and employment law.• Complete management of the disciplinary proceedings (drafting letters of complaint, defense notes and resolution agreements, providing written legal opinions, following judicial proceedings) for all employees hired in Piemonte-Lombardia.• Supported the Regional General Counsellor and Legal Manager in the assessment of legal and contractual risks.• Collaborated as a member of the integrated project team in drafting agreements and internal policies for handling disciplinary and grievance situations.• Manteined current knowledge and provided consultation and training session on a variety of important legal topics.• Implementated highly complex plans and internal policies and procedures to satisfy contractual requirements also related to D.lgs 81/08 and HACCP.• Collaborated with the Company’s litigation attorneys in relation to commercial, criminal, corporate and employment laws. Involved in drafting pre-litigation strategies, in the coordination of outside counsuels and in the settlements of negotiations.
