I help startups turn cloud infrastructure into competitive advantage. PhD in Computer Engineering, now a Solutions Architect at AWS working with hundreds of startups across Germany - from seed to unicorn.My day-to-day: I sit between C-level strategy and engineering execution. I\'ve influenced double-digit millions in cloud opportunities, architected production systems under pressure (one shipped in a month), and helped customers achieve outcomes like 50% compute savings, 39% revenue growth around critical launches, and successful migrations into AWS.Before AWS, I spent 12 years building compilers, optimizing memory systems, and shipping software across embedded, automotive, security, and AI/ML. My PhD at UBC produced the Data-Driven Spatial Locality framework - a complete pipeline that automatically discovers how to lay out data in memory for optimal performance, reproducing optimizations previously found only by domain experts, and achieving 14–27% runtime improvements on real workloads.What I focus on now: • GenAI product strategy and implementation from business case to production PoC • Cloud architecture for resilience, cost optimization, and scale • Bridging the gap between what leadership wants and what engineering can shipI\'ve delivered 15+ public talks, created internal GenAI playbooks adopted across EMEA, and launched community-driven hackathons that turned early-stage ideas into deployed products.Always happy to talk with founders, CTOs, and engineers building on AWS, especially if you\'re navigating GenAI adoption or scaling in the cloud
