MedTech start-up specialized in 3D medical imaging, with teams based in France and the United States. Newly created role. 35 employees. Scope: France and US.Build and lead the HR function independently in a scaling medtech company.Responsibilities:• End-to-end recruitment: workforce planning with managers, job description drafting, sourcing, interviewing, and contracting.• HR administration & payroll: employee file management, submission of payroll variables, and oversight of outsourced payroll provider.• Training & development: design and implementation of the first company-wide training plan, including budget management and funding through the OPCO (French training fund operator).• Annual HR cycles: set-up and facilitation of performance reviews, goal tracking, and implementation of HR KPIs.• Internal communication: development of communication rituals and materials to ensure smooth information flow.Achievements:• Successfully completed 12 hires (internships and permanent contracts), including technical roles.• Rolled out a full onboarding program (welcome pack, integration path, coordination with IT and managers).• Delivered the first structured training plan, fully co-funded by OPCO.• Implementation of employee benefits for the US team
